Anti-inflammatory

Indications:

An analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic compound intended for the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders, colic, respiratory disease, and general surgery in horses. Osteomuscular disorders, mastitis, metritis, downer cow, respiratory disease in cattle. Mastitis, metritis, agalactia syndrome in pigs.

Dosage:

Cattle: 2 mL per 45 kg, every 24 hours for 1 to 3 days.

Horses: 1 mL per 45 kg, every 24 hours for 1 to 5 days.

Pigs: 2 mL per 45 kg, every 24 hours for 1 to 3 days.

Composition:

Each mL contains:

Flunixin meglumine 50 mg and Excipients q.s.p. 1 mL

Withdrawal period:

Beef and pork: 7 days. Milk: 24 hours.

Administration:

Intravenous and intramuscular

Warnings:

Use with caution in animals with gastrointestinal ulcers, kidney, liver, hematological disease, or a history of hypersensitivity. When used as an analgesic, if the animal does not respond to the initial dose, additional doses are unlikely to be effective and may increase the chances of toxicity. Use with care in pregnant animals. Intravenous administration should be slow. Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 30°C, protected from light. Keep out of the reach of children and domestic animals.
