FACILITIES HUMAN HEALTH
Our Pifo plant, is mainly dedicated to the production of highly specialized human pharmaceutical products. As soft gelatin capsules and prefilled syringes. Apart from Creams, Syrups and Granules. We have around 4000 square meters of construction dedicated to the production of pharmaceuticals for human use.
FACILITIES ANIMAL HEALTH
Our Puembo plant has more than 3000 square meters of construction dedicated to the production of veterinary pharmaceuticals. In this location we have facilities for the production of Penicillins, a second area dedicated to Pesticides and the main area for veterinary Pharmaceutical products for Oral, Topical and Injectable use.
VACCINES FACILITIES
We have 1000 square meters of construction dedicated to the production of vaccines for different livestock species.
Controlling our Bioterium, the only one certified by AGROCALIDAD regulation entity in Ecuador.
QUALITY CONTROL AND QUALITY ASSURANCE DEPARTMENTS
The quality of the products manufactured at James Brown Pharma is assured by the existence of two entities. The Quality Control laboratory (QC) and the department of Quality Assurance (QA).
In the Quality Control laboratory, all chemical, physical and microbiological analysis are performed to all the products manufactured by James Brown Pharma. In the Department of Quality Assurance, the one who directs all the qualification and validation programs; realizing the release of the products to the market.
OFFICES
In 2017, we centralized our Administrative and Productive activities in our Pifo plant. With 1000 square meters of construction of offices, training rooms and meeting rooms.
