“Relieve pain with less pain”
Indications:
Anti-inflammatory with analgesic and antineuritic action. Used for lumbago, cervical pain, brachialgia, radiculitis, peripheral neuropathies of various etiopathogenesis: facial neuralgia, trigeminal neuralgia, intercostal neuralgia, herpetic neuralgia, alcoholic neuropathy, diabetic neuropathy, carpal tunnel syndrome, fibromyalgia, spondylitis.
Dosage:
Administer 1 pre-filled dual-chamber syringe deep intramuscularly, intragluteally; every 24 hours for 6 days.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to the active ingredients, cobalamins (e.g., cyanocobalamin), cobalt, or any of the excipients. Due to the potential cross-sensitivity with other NSAIDs, it should not be administered to patients who have experienced symptoms of asthma, rhinitis, urticaria, nasal polyps, angioedema, bronchospasm, and other allergic or anaphylactoid symptoms or reactions associated with acetylsalicylic acid and other NSAIDs. In rare cases, fatal anaphylactic and severe asthmatic reactions have occurred. NSAIDs, except acetylsalicylic acid, should not be used in patients in the immediate postoperative period after coronary artery bypass surgery. It should not be administered to patients with active gastrointestinal ulcers. Patients with Leber’s disease (hereditary optic atrophy) or tobacco amblyopia, as it may worsen the condition. Patients with renal or hepatic insufficiency. Contraindicated in patients with renal or hepatic insufficiency, pregnancy, lactation, and children under 12 years of age.
