Energizer – Detoxifier
Indications:
Dextrose 50% is an immediate source of energy in cases of ketosis and a diuretic agent.
Dosage:
Cattle and horses: 100 to 500 mL. Sheep and pigs: 30 to 100 mL.
Composition:
Each mL contains:
Monohydrated Dextrose 500 mg and Excipients q.s.p. 1 mL.
Presentation:
Bottle of 500 mL.
Administration:
For cattle, sheep, and pigs, administer intraperitoneally, intravenously, or subcutaneously.
For horses, administer intravenously. When administered intravenously, the application should be slow, taking 15 to 20 minutes, under aseptic conditions.
Warnings:
Dextrose 50% should not be used in animals weakened by dehydration. Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 30°C, protected from light. Keep out of the reach of children and domestic animals.

NOTE: If there is no noticeable improvement in the animal’s condition after 3 or 4 days of treatment, the diagnosis should be reviewed, and appropriate treatment should be implemented.
